Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:
  • To carry out applications development and support, encompassing the entire systems development life cycle including system analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, etc.
  • Assist in project management and liaise with users, vendors, etc.

Assistant Manager, Group Compliance

Responsibilities:
  • Perform compliance activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies and guidelines
  • Perform compliance assessment and monitoring for the Group
  • Assist in the review and update compliance manuals, code of conduct including policies and procedures on compliance matters, update regulations and guidelines
  • Assist legal counsel to provide legal support and advice on all legal matters of the Group
  • Administrative support and monitoring of legal documentation from initial to completion stage
  • Involve in the implementation of AML/CFT system
  • Assist on any ad-hoc AML/CFT related project/requirements
Requirements:
  • A recognized Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent

  • Experience in banking and finance industry will be an added advantage

Assistant Manager, Group Human Resource

Responsibilities :
  • Be responsible and assist in administration and implementation of HR matters including the area of compensation and benefits, HR records, employee relations, performance appraisal, management payroll and succession planning.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures. 
  • Involve in enhancement of HR system and HR related projects.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in managerial role in Human Resource with exposure in HR operations, managing compensation and benefits
  • Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications

Manager, Group Legal

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other related documents in relation to the Group’s business activities & processes
  • Advise on the Group’s corporate activities and legal aspect of operational and strategic agreements including banking and conveyancing transactions
  • Conduct research work and provide legal opinions on matters arising and affecting the company from time to time in relation to legal, acts and regulations
  • Review all documentation entered into by the company ranging from finance, insurance, licensing, employment, telco and supplier contracts
  • Act as liaison for any legal and contractual matters with government, bankers, customers, contractors, and external solicitors to ensure legal compliance and risks are well managed
  • Assist management to assess risk and exposure vis-a-vis measures taken by the company and to provide legal opinion in all actions taken and transactions entered into by the Company
  • Perform annual review of panel lawyers
  • Assist compliance unit in drafting company internal policies and manuals
Requirements:
  • A recognized Degree in Law (LLB) or with Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and those with Syariah Law is an added advantage
  • Minimum 6 years working experience as legal practitioner (litigation/corporate) or as an in-house legal counsel
  • Experience in banking and finance industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports for managment's review in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare audit financial statement reports, Bank Negara Report and financial projection such as P&L accounts, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations relating to statutory requirements, taxation and SST.
