Assistant Manager, Group Human Resource

Responsibilities :
  • Be responsible and assist in administration and implementation of HR matters including the area of compensation and benefits, HR records, employee relations, performance appraisal, management payroll and succession planning.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures. 
  • Involve in enhancement of HR system and HR related projects.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in managerial role in Human Resource with exposure in HR operations, managing compensation and benefits
  • Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
