Assistant, Group Accounts

Responsibilities
  • Handling of monthly execution report.
  • Handling of payment to supplier, vendors, statutory bodies and process of staff claims by online banking/ cheques payment mode.
  • Updating of journal entries into accounting system.
  • Handling of monthly suspense account and bank reconciliation.
  • Handling of document Imaging.
  • Performing other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.

 

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Mature personality with right attitude and ability to work independently
