  • Work as a team member in helping to drive market positioning, sales and technical strategies for the financial services industry or new growth markets
  • Assist to define and size key target market segments, customers and identify industry partners for development to establish new growth profit pillars
  • Assist to develop industry-specific messaging and collateral materials that effectively communicate the company value proposition for structured financing of new business segments and growth markets
  • Execute the strategic business development plans while working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Fill the strategic business development pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers
  • Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress of projects undertaken
  • Assist to manage contract negotiations in cooperation with legal and internal business unit teams and to think critically for issue resolution


  • Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Possess a strong business development and financial services knowledge or ICT background with good business acumen is preferred
  • Experience in engaging senior level executive and have expertise in the growth market segments
  • Capable to demonstrate an ability to think strategically about business opportunities with the skill-set to drive tactical execution of strategic and business development goals
  • Mature personality with right attitude and the ability to work independently
