We make it easy for our valued customers to pay their monthly commitments. The following payment methods are accepted - choose whichever one suits you best.

Paying your monthly instalment is fast and easy with electronic banking services.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your preferred bank via Internet or Mobile Banking
  2. Look for ‘Transfer Money’
  3. Enter ORIX’s bank account number or Virtual Account Number* and select the bank**
  4. Choose ‘Fund Transfer’ for the payment type
  5. Enter the instalment amount
  6. Key in the Contract / Invoice / Debit Note / Virtual Account Number* in recipient Reference-1 and your mobile number in Reference-2
  7. Select the notification to recipient/beneficiary by email and key in payment_remittance@orix.com.my
  8. Submit the payment
  9. Print/Save the transaction receipt

A simple and convenient way to pay your instalment instantly.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your preferred bank via Internet or Mobile Banking
  2. Go to the ‘Fund Transfer’ or ‘Send Money’ tab, and select ‘DuitNow’
  3. Select ID Type i.e., ‘Business Registration Number’ and enter the ORIX Group of Companies’ ID number as listed in the table enclosed
  4. Kindly check and ensure that the DuitNow ID number is accurate and belongs to the correct company
  5. Enter the instalment amount and select ‘One-off Transfer’ or ‘Recurring Transfer’
  6. Key in the Contract / Invoice / Debit Note / Virtual Account Number* in recipient Reference-1 and your mobile number in Reference-2
  7. Select the notification to recipient/beneficiary by email and key in payment_remittance@orix.com.my
  8. Submit the payment
  9. Print/Save the transaction receipt

Paying your bills is now simplified with automated teller machines. It is a cashless transaction, as your money will be debited from your account to ORIX’s bank account.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Insert your ATM card
  2. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  3. Select ‘Fund Transfer’
  4. Select ‘Transferee Bank’**
  5. Enter ORIX’s bank account number or Virtual Account Number*
  6. Select type of bank account to be used (Savings or Current)
  7. Enter the instalment amount
  8. Submit the payment
  9. Print the transaction receipt
  10. Email the transaction receipt with details of Contract / Invoice / Debit Note / Virtual Account Number* and your mobile number to payment_remittance@orix.com.my

  8. Request for ‘One-Time Password’
  9. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the payment process
