Agreement Signing & Initial Payment
Once your application is approved, ORIX will arrange for a signing session with you.
Initial payment to be remitted to ORIX upon signing the agreement(s).
Delivery & Registration
Tesla will prepare for car delivery and registration.
Enjoy
Receive your car and enjoy Tesla's technology.
Remit your monthly lease payments to ORIX.
End of Lease
At the end of the lease tenure, you are required to pay ORIX the guaranteed residual value of the car.
Ownership of the car is transferred to you after the full settlement of outstanding payments.

Payable monthly in advance
Consists of:
- First month lease payment
- Final month lease prepayment
- Ad valorem stamp duty(ies)
- Processing fee
At the end of the lease tenure, you are required to pay ORIX the guaranteed RV of the car (actual sum is stipulated in the agreement). Ownership of the car is transferred to you after the full settlement of outstanding payments.
Indicative pricing:
- 36 months tenure: 20% of Tesla’s original invoice price
- 48 months tenure: 15% of Tesla’s original invoice price
- 60 months tenure: 10% of Tesla’s original invoice price
