Associate, Branch Business Headquarters

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to branches and interpretation on company policies and procedures applicable to branches
  • Review operational memo submitted to Management for approval
  • Provide solution and consultation on operational and administration matters to branches
  • Conduct branches and department annual self-assessment program
  • Monitor and follow up on branches licensing and tenancy matters
  • Assist superior on branch operational and administration matters
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Studies or other relevant disciplines
  • Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
