Associate, Branch Business Headquarters
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to branches and interpretation on company policies and procedures applicable to branches
- Review operational memo submitted to Management for approval
- Provide solution and consultation on operational and administration matters to branches
- Conduct branches and department annual self-assessment program
- Monitor and follow up on branches licensing and tenancy matters
- Assist superior on branch operational and administration matters
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies or other relevant disciplines
- Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
