Associate (Service Coordinator), Fleet Services

(Based in Taman Shamelin Perkasa)
Responsibilities
  • Plan and ensure fleet vehicle receive as scheduled and repairs in a timely manner
  • To coordinate the scheduling of all fleet service reservations and ensure services done within timeline
  • Facilitate service efficiency, scheduling and optimization of service work for customer retention rate
  • Analyze fleet condition and utility to determine productivity schedule
  • Work with relevant parties to monitor maintenance requirements, recalls and warranty notifications
  • Follow-up and updates all service records into system with high accuracy and completeness
  • To create and maintain fleet event report for service and maintenance and report to management on monthly basis

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
